Terms of service

When you commission me or purchase an adopt, you’re agreeing to the terms below.
Please take a moment to read through them!

Commissions

  • Payment is preferred upfront through PayPal, CashApp, or Zelle. Though payment plans can be discussed for comms over $150 w/ a dp of at least $50 (nonrefundable)—only sketch may be started when partial payment has been made but further completion will be done when full payment is recieved.

  • PayPal Friends & Family is preferred — if you use Goods & Services, please cover the fee.

  • No refunds once I’ve started the sketch.

  • Full refunds are only available if I have not started your piece yet.

  • Chargebacks/disputes are not allowed. If there’s an issue, please message me so I can fix it.

  • I will provide a sketch for approval; changes are allowed at this stage.

  • Major revisions after lineart begins may have an extra fee.

  • Turnaround time varies depending on my queue and life. I will always communicate delays, feel free to ask for updates.

  • Commissions are for personal use only unless we agree on commercial rights (extra fees apply).

  • Please do not remove my watermark or claim the art as your own.

  • I retain rights to the artwork and may post it unless you request privacy beforehand.

Designs

  • Once purchased, the character is yours — you can redesign, edit, and change details as you like.

  • If uploaded to toyhouse please credit me there and keep them unhidden from me.

  • For holds over $100 i require a downpayment of $50.

  • Please credit me as the original designer when posting the character.

  • When reselling, you may only charge up to what you paid, unless extra commissioned art adds value.

  • Trades and gifts are always allowed.

  • No price inflation without added value.

  • Chargebacks or disputes are not allowed.

  • I retain rights to the original artwork (for portfolios/examples), but the character ownership transfers to you.
